Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment in Largo. We will end your skin care treatment on time to accommodate our next client, so please understand that arriving late will decrease the amount of time we have to spend with you. Full price of all services booked still applies.
All appointments must be secured with a credit card. When you make an appointment for services, that space is reserved just for you, so that your esthetician has ample time to provide the services that fit your needs and concerns. It is crucial that we have enough time to serve you to the best of our ability. Please plan ahead and schedule your appointment to fit with your busy life.
Cancellations Policies and Fees
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule appointments. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies as your spa treatment time is reserved especially for you.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others.
It also allows us to offer the time to another client.
Regretfully, if we do not receive 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Any no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A credit card may be required at the time of booking any service.
